Fees for services are due in advance or as per an agreed-upon schedule. Neewood Pups reserves the right to modify pricing but will inform clients of changes in advance.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1. Service Cancellation:
Notification Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a training session or consultation.
No-Show Policy: No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a fee equal to the session's full price.

General Service Refunds: All services, including in-person sessions and online courses, are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee. Requests for refunds must be initiated within 30 days of the session date or course purchase.

Online Courses: A refund can be issued if less than 50% of the course content has been accessed.
One-on-One Sessions: Refund requests should be based on dissatisfaction communicated within 30 days post-session, highlighting specific concerns about the service provided.
